Everything was very good. I would have stayed longer, but had to go back for work.

Nothing it was very good..The room was very good.

one bed was broken and when she sat on the bed it flipped her off the bed on to the floor. So no maintenance at night to fix it so she had to sleep on the floor and she is 68 years old. The chair was broken so we sat in the floor to watch tv. again no maintenance to change out the chair. the two carts to bring your luggage in on had flats on both of them. we were both over 65 years old so it took us 4 trips to take everything in. then when we went to to wash our hair we had two conditions but one said it was shampoo and there it was she put conditioning on her head instead of shampoo. I had a doctors appointment is why we were there and it was just a total mess. I have never stayed at a hotel that had this many things wrong.

The location was hard to get to. There was no iron in room so I went to desk to get one. After an hour the front desk found one. Got back to room, iron did not work. The phone in the room did not work. Cracks in the tile, just did not seem clean and nice. The bed was comfortable.

I liked the location. It was near restaurants and shopping. The morning breakfast/front lobby worker was kind.

The breakfast was little to nothing. Each day was only waffles that came out soggy, biscuits, sausage, and plain cereal. It was very minimal and not kid friendly. We didn't have hot water in the room when trying to take showers. When I mentioned it to the front desk they said it was because the other guests were showing at the same time. (We were trying to shower around 10:30pm each night.) The hot tub was not hot at all. The temperature was 60 degrees according to the thermometer floating in the tub. Our hotel door didn't lock. The lock wasn't properly lined up to the hole in the frame. We only had the top slide latch. When I mentioned it to the front desk they said that the maintenance guy already left for the day and couldn't do anything. We were there for 4 days, 3 nights and housekeeping never came. When I asked the front desk they said that I have to ask for housekeeping to come. I personally feel like that should of been something that needs to be mentioned at check in to guests. In the room, we had lights that didn't work. I'm not sure if it was the light bulb out or if it was an electrical issue, but they didn't turn on Overall I would not stay there again.

Breakfast was ok.

It was 32° outside and the room heater kept shutting off. The toilet kept stopping up. The got tub was covered with foam and the pool was cloudy, it was not clean or sanitized.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Close to restaurants.

You could hear a lot of activity in the hall. Room door closes loudly. Bathroom sink and tub had dripping faucet.

Front desk staff was awesome.

Overall the bed was comfortable and location was great.

Didn’t smell clean. we were on the third floor that had a very musty unpleasant odor, and the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room was extremely stained. Out of curiosity, we went to the second floor, which had its own unique odor that was not pleasant. The furniture and soft goods in the lobby were extremely worn. The shower curtain in our room was too short for the tub in the area along the bottom was covered in mold on the shower curtain, and some sort of red mold, or gunk along the grout line below the shower in the wall. We declined to have housekeeping come in, but they gave us towels, which was great. We did put a bag outside our door for garbage that sat there for two days. We also had our key stopped working at the end of the 2nd day. We had to go back and get them reset at which time the front desk told us they would go ahead and set them so they worked for our entire stay. This was an odd approach and very inconvenient. When we asked about the potential of a late check out, we were literally told “nope we don’t allow that “ without any other niceties or professional statements. At one point, we called down to the front desk for assistance in our room, and it rang nonstop nobody ever picked up. The phone in the room was filthy, and probably had not been cleaned in months. The debris and just filth was alarming.

I like that it had a swimming pool and it offered breakfast.

The bathroom in our room looked like it hasn’t been swept in months. All the trash was swept and left up along the walls, not even picked up. The room hadn’t been vacuumed upon our arrival, as I was walking around the room I kept stepping on crap. There was a bug not sure what kind in the fridge, as I did have a cup in there and didn’t want it after seeing this bug crawling around my cup. The covers and sheets on the bed didn’t look clean. They were all stained.

I liked the price for the night due to our pipes bursting in our home. The staff was friendly and professional. The ease of checking in and out were great and no hassles.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. The showers fixture was not attached to the wall properly so I feared anything could crawl in.
