Wet clean and friendly staff

The water didn’t seem to get very hot in the shower/bath, but the water pressure was exceptional

Nice desk staff person but he was the only one there und he was hopelessly overworked because he had to intervene with multiple problems, especially the malfunctioning key cards. See below

(1) Key cards of our two rooms malfunctioned multiple times. For one room, the desk clerk had to come every time we tried to enter the room and had to reprogram it. The maintenance man came once but then was "off duty," leaving the poor desk clerk to deal with everything on his own. Other guests also complained about not being able to enter their rooms and when I later looked at the online reviews, I saw that this has happened before and the situation has still not been resolved. (2) My rooms had bedbugs, I killed two. That was Room 115, the bed closer to the bathroom. I then moved to the bed by the window under the A/C and slept with all the lights on and in clothes, in hopes that this might deter the bed bugs from attacking me. I told the manager at check out. (3) Rooms are in bad repair. For example, base boards are coming off. Shower did not drain. Bed skirts all absolutely filthy (and look like a good host for critters), same with curtains. Cleaning staff seems to do their best under the circumstances. (4) We did not have breakfast in the lobby as the lobby smelled of heavy disinfectants and was most uninviting. Fortunately, there is a Denny's across the street. (5) The motel seems to be in the process of converting to a weekly or monthly rental. There were several individuals who in the vicinity of my room who appeared to be living in their rooms, along with cooking smells. I deem this a fire danger as the rooms are not set up for cooking. I did not notice fire alarms. (6) Overall, this motel does not meet the standards of a Quinta Inn. In the future, I may not stay in a Quinta Inn again based on this experience. The price did not match the standards either.

Bed was very comfortable, pool was a lifesaver.

Location, beds were comfortable

Parking sucked. Too many containers taking up spaces. The shower curtain in our room had something gross on it. The breakfast sucked not enough staff to help the number of guest and not enough choices for breakfast. The floor in the restroom in 128 was seeping water from under the tiles. And the refrigerator froze everything.
