Excellent location. Quiet facility. Nice building

We stayed here in 2008 and thought it was an excellent facility, much nicer than the typical hotel. But now, it is badly in need of renovation. Also the air conditioning is central and our room was too cold. It was adjusted but we still had to block the vents. I am handicapped and our room was difficult for me to reach.

Loved the southwest objects d’art and the landscaped grounds. Very lovely!

The breakfast buffet was was outstanding with a New Mexican flair. The inn itself and our room was wonderfully decorated. Our room was large, comfortable and quiet.

Not much other than the toilet seat was loose.

We loved everything about this property. The staff were so friendly and the homemade breakfasts by Becky were delicious. After our very busy days it was so nice to come back to the relaxing atmosphere of our room and enjoy an adult beverage on our terrace/patio. We will come back here and stay again. We had five very enjoyable nights and wished we could have stayed longer.

There was nothing to dislike

The property is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. The variety of foods offered was truly unexpected. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. Home cooked tasty food by Becca featuring a red chili tamali casserole, real (not dehydrated) scrambled eggs, bacon, various breads, fruit and all the accoutrements served in the charming breakfast room started my day just right. The entire facility boasts of peaceful charm. Russell, property manager was very helpful to provide solid information we needed to continue traveling north. I’d highly recommend this facility to any traveler wanting a true hospitable stay in Farmington.

The only change I would make is this- the shelf over the bathroom sink is poorly placed in Courtyard room. Every time I washed my face and bent over the sink, I hit my head on the shelf. It juts out at exactly the wrong place.

Charming antique furniture and decor through our entire place made the experience beautiful! So picture worthy. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

My only complaint is that our room was only half way clean. The toilet, sinks and bathtub/shower had soap scum, gunk and just gross build up like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while…. The floors in the bathroom were also sticky and there were Cobb webs on the lamp shades

Lovely grounds with trees and flowering plants. Décor was eclectic and very nice. the rooms were situated around a courtyard. Each room had an outdoor sitting area. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful.

The weak coffee was the only disappointment. Hotels seem to not understand that you can make a cup of coffee weaker but you can't make it stronger.

It’s quaint and out of the way from traffic noise. The room was well appointed and up to date. The room had great southwestern decor and ambiance.

Super friendly personnel, nice breakfast, room really large and well equipped, comfortable beds. Location ok to walk into town.

the rooms and property in general were beautiful. Becky and Jessicas hospitality was exceptional. I loved the plentiful breakfast buffet-delicious!

The grounds were in desperate need of maintenance. The fountain looked inoperable. the exterior has been a bit neglected.

A fantastic little gem of a hotel very reminiscent of an old Spanish villa. Rooms all faced a private, interior courtyard and garden area. Room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. Staff was outstanding - super friendly. One of the best parts was the included homemade breakfast entrees which were delicious and are changed each day.

We loved the property and accommodations. Becky, the innkeeper, was very gracious and made us a very nice breakfast each morning.
