It is located near my work. Breakfast was good. Easy check-in process.
My room and the hallway smelled like smoke. Was told there was nothing that could be done. Woke up with a headache and a poor night of sleep. Never staying here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.
The bathroom was difficult to get into due to the position of the door and the toilet. The breakfast, although nice, needed to be refreshed more frequently as there was nothing much left to choose from for some time until items were replaced.

Clean facility and the food was very good that they put out
The bathroom was very small and hard to maneuver in. I had requested a handicap accessible room but this was definitely not it. For that reason alone I would not stay here again

Hotel is extremely poor design.. from rear parking deck w/ questionable building access.. to 2 few elevators for size of building, lobby[ on each floor] space for elevators woefully inadequate..quest with luggage had difficult maneuvering to/ from elevator during 'rush hour' room size.. smalllllll

The location was great. Stephanie at the front desk was really helpful and got us settled in a 3rd room that everything worked.. We would stay again as the location was fantastic for us, Breakfast was good.
First room TV did not work second room heater did not work. Stephanie on the front desk was fantastic helping us finally get settled. King room was a closet and finally we went into a queen room and everything worked. Stephanie told us she would speak to the manager and try to get us a discount for having change rooms 3 times. but that did not happen.

Location is optimal. Breakfast was good! - not pre-covid good, but still good,
The facilities need some updating. The elevators in particular. We had to walk down 7 flights of stairs _ because the elevators were stuck. When we first arrived the desk clerk had to hold the door to allow us enough time to enter the elevator with the luggage cart. Elevators were not reliable.
