Wonderful receptionist, and a lovely lady attending the breakfast area. There is lots of grass for taking our dog out. The breakfast was one of the nicest we had on our 12 nights of different hotels.

The first room we were offered, we could tell that the sheets were not changed. The bedding was dirty. We were moved to a room that was adequately clean. I don’t believe the floors are washed after each tenant either. In the bathroom, I wiped up some spilled water with a paper towel and it was kind of grotesquely dirty.

The jacuzzi suite with my husband was absolutely so wonderful and they even let us have late check out because we checked in so late in the evening.

There was leftover water in the jacuzzi tub from the previous guest who stayed in the room before us. Made me feel like it hadn't been throughly cleaned so I made a middle of the night gas store trip to buy bleach and deep clean the tub prior to using it.

Someone missed the cleaning checklist. Room not vacuumed. opened the frig and beers from the last guest still there. then, went to shower and the soap, shampoo and conditioner from the last guest still there. reported

Comfortable beds. Free breakfast was typical. Newer carpets in room.Towels are good. Friendly and helpful staff. It was adequate for our needs, but a disappointment considering it has a 7.4 rating. Won't stay here.

A working front door would be nice for my 81 yr. old mother and myself. New paint. Tune up heating system, it blows cold air when set at 70°. Overwhelming chlorine smell on first floor. Upgrade on the TV. Finish the updating in guest rooms. Our room was adequate, however, we felt that the rating of 7.4 was a stretch, the room didn't justify the price. We won't stay here again. We are here to watch a family members Sr basketball season. This was the first weekend. Unfortunately Comfort Inn just lost what could have been repeat guests.

We have stayed at this motel many times. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast had a good variety of food. There is a pool, but we did not use it. Easy freeway access.

The parking was a little tight.

Overpriced because of concert at Gorge Amphitheatre. Make no mistake, you're paying a large premium because of that.
