I was provided a very kind welcome, a quiet room with a great view and no light pollution! the breakfast had good options and I was able to fill up on coffee in the day.

More attention to room details-- when I got to my non-smoking room, someone had covered the smoke alarm with a plastic bag.

Kids wanted the pool wish it was open later but they enjoyed it in the morning. Pancake machine was different but good.

Pool closed to early when late arrival.

nothing. it was drab and dimly lit stains on the carpets and old paint on the walls.

i specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. i verified that they had my request and could reserve this room. i got 4 emails saying my room was reserved and they were looking forward to my visit. i arrived to find that my room had been rented out and was not available. the manager would not even come out to speak with me she left a poor desk clerk who was obviously scared and very meek to handle this "irate customer". i had already driven 6 hours and was very tired did not know the city and was very unhappy. i agreed to take the room ONLY until i could find another hotel to move to. i went to the room thinking it might do for the night. the room smelled the hallway to the room smelled musty and old, the lighting was very dim in the room and it was very small. not at all the suite i had booked. i immediately started looking for a new place to stay and found a really nice one across town available for that night and for less with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub and balcony overlooking the river. it made this place look like a real dump. i left this place less than an hour after arrival. i wouldnt let my dog even stay at this place the management was terrible as was the hotel. if you can find somewhere else dont stay here.

The breakfast was cold. The only hot item was the waffles. The eggs were so cold thought they came frozen. The gravy was also cold. I tried heating it up in the microwave nope that made things worse just hot. Bagels were hard.

The room had all the amenities we needed. Pleasantly clean. What surprised us mostly was the exceptional breakfast they provided. The food was very good with great variety, and a very attentive staff seeing the breakfast Services.

Overall our stay was excellent exceeded our expectations it was very comfortable and it was a perfect experience we will be recommending it
