Everything was wonderful except I had to pay twice because I booked a room through booking.com and when I got the jerk at the counter could not find any thing in the system so I had to pay 400 dollars for a nap

The breakfast was good. The staff also very nice.

My flight was late and the promised shuttle from the airport left me high and dry with no taxis at midnight. I was quite desperate. Thank goodness for the man at Hertz who finally found me a taxi. I would gladly have given a big tip to the shuttle driver rather than spending $50 for a taxi. I chose this hotel for their airport shuttle service. The room was ok although I turned the aircon unit off but the fan continued to blow full force.

Bed is to hard, couch is uncomfortable.

Price of the room. TV in bedroom didn’t work.

Good location with easy highway access, parking, and close proximity to businesses. The room we stayed in had a kitchenette, sofa, and separate bedroom with extra TV. It was set-up for long term stay although we just stayed one night.

Hotel was a bit dated and entrances were kind of cramped. There was a pool, but didn't look very user-friendly at the time we were there. The separate bedroom needed a separate AC unit or better airflow to the main space. There was a ceiling fan and pass-through vent, but was not very effective.

Clean and quiet.

Employee could have been friendlier. Not very customer friendly.

The women at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. I forgot to ask for their names. They were helpful and friendly. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you very much.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

WE ORIGIONALLY BOOKED A DOUBLE QUEEN ROOM AND THE ROOM WAS FINE BUT THE AIR CONDITIONING WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY AND THE TOILET WOULDN'T FLUSH EVERY TIME. WE LET THE MANAGER KNOW AND LEFT TO GO SHOPPING, WHEN WE GOT BACK THE MANAGER INFORMED US THAT SHE SWITCHED OUR ROOM AND UPGRADED US TO A SUIT! SHE ALSO WENT AHEAD AND TURNED ON THE AIR IN THE NEW ROOM SO IT WAS COLD WHEN WE GOT IN. THAT ROOM WAS GREAT! AIR WORKED PROPPERLY THERE WERE SOME MINOR COSMETIC ISSUES WITH IT BUT WE WERE JUST THERE TO SLEEP.

Made reservations on line for room with king bed and a balcony. But didn't get either one. Not sure who messed up.

Nice, clean, comfortable room with kitchen and our room had balcony at a reasonable price.

Minor problem, but the way the furniture was arranged you could barely squeeze around the left side of bed. It is past time to have a regular breakfast. Most places we stay now, do.
