The cleanliness of the room,arrived in the room and inspected the bed which led me to find brown stains on the bed sheets. The front desk worker was polite to give me another room. From there everything was going fine until I woke up the next morning opened the curtains and out poped a lizard on my head! ( No jokes , all seriousness) That experience totally freaked me out and sent me into shock. Calling the front desk was a bit difficult from hotel phone, so maybe there could be clear instructions on that process near by. ( IDk ) After Googling hotel and calling desk a couple of minutes later room service arrived and discarded the lizard. Very appreciative but there was no compensation of the nerve wrecking event. I couldn’t sleep later that night in fear of something else crawling or falling on me , part of reason I couldn’t make it to breakfast any of the mornings! Hope this helps with the experience of your future customers!

The bed was very comfortable.

Having to carry luggage and a half asleep 5 year old up 4 flights of stairs was difficult. The absence of an elevator should have been posted on the website.

Did not stay there..elevators did not work..they wanted to put us on fifth floor..my husband has a disease..he can not climb stairs..cancel hotel that day..and tried to cancel with booking.com..confirmation # did not work..

The location was good. It is close to the airport and not far from the French Quarters.

Greetings, I booked my room from Feb16th through the 22nd at The Comfort Inn Suites in Kenner, LA. First of all the elevator was not working, secondly the pool was closed, and lastly there was constant banging in the morning from some sort of work being done in the building. I'm very dissatisfied to say the least. When I asked the front desk what kind of compensation will be offered for my inconvenience, she said none. I would have booked at another hotel if I would have known that all of this would have taken place during my stay. So my question for you is, what are you going to do to make this right! Let me be clear, I don't look for handouts, but this is ridiculous. Sincerely, Mr. Harris

Elevators were broken no discount or no one helping taking luggage up 4 flights of steps. Breakfast was horrible.

Elevators were broken and had to climb up 5 floors. Advertised as having an indoor pool but did not.

The elevator was not working. There was no compensation for this. My room is on the fourth floor. I had to carry all my bags and go up and downstairs every day for a week.

it was flooded and we had to walk up 9 flights of stairs to get to the 5th with a lot of bags and a pregnant daughter was there from out of town for a funeral so we couldn’t cancel booking it was the worse 3 day stay I have booked we shouldn’t have paid full price

Elevators were out of order and we weren’t notified until we were on our way (we called to say we would be late). I thought we could have been discounted since we paid $170 for one night but had to take the stairs to the fourth floor.

Staff, especially Daisy, was very pleasant and professional.

Room 411 smelled terrible- musty, moldy smell. moved me to 410 and it only smelled bad when the a/c fan was off. I believe from this experience and other reviews that the hvac systems need thorough inspection and cleaning.
