1. they couldn’t find my reservation for the longest time. and blamed ME and said I was at the wrong place etc. when I was not. 2. once we found the reservation they put me in my room. and when I got up there it was the wrong room. I paid extra for a king. I got the handicapped queeen. 3. the handicapped room reeked of urine. I was gagging. 4. I had a flight in 4 hours after all this so I just contacted customer service for a refund instead. 5. this hotel was absolutely disgusting and staff did not care as I left a note for them and never heard anything. 5. nothing has been done about this incident yet.

very clean and comfortable

the lady working at the front desk was not very nice, we asked for more towels and she made it seem like it was a issue.

The property is old and dated. It needs a lot of repairs and updates.

The restaurant and bar was closed for refurbishment. This was not stated when I booked. There should have been a discount if that was the case.

This location was under heavy construction in the hallways due to hurricane damage, so it is a bit unfair to do a review at this time.

Convenient to the airport. The 2nd room air conditioning worked great and it was clean.

However although we were aware of the renovation, the 1st room on the 3rd floor should not have been offered in my opinion to any guest. The smoke alarms wiring was hanging from the ceilings, all the room doors was open and fiberglass was on the carpet in the halls and room.

Location near airport

Trash can by the elevator overflowing. Trash container by the coffee overflowing. Our toilet was not properly connected to the floor and there were door stops shoved underneath the base to shim it. Restaurant closed. This hotel is under construction and there is no price break given for the inconvenience. $300 an night for this mess was ridiculous

There was no breakfast, since they are under construction due to hurricane Ada. Our room was very nice.

Need to have 24 hour airport transportation since they are an airport hotel. They did fix us up with a ride on the Comfort Inn shuttle. They need to clean up a bit in the room from the construction. Paint splatters, grout smears on bathroom vanity.
