Shower was wonderful. Room was clean. The people were great

Bed was comfortable but dirty. Employee checking us in was very friendly and helpful.

We booked a room for 5 adults and were only given two double beds. The 5 of us would not fit so we had to get another room in addition to the one we had originally booked. The second room we were given looked like someone had taken a nap in the bed. Squished pillow, dirt on bed, hair on pillows, and stain in sheets. Then we went down for breakfast and there was a leak in the kitchen area so they cancelled breakfast, and only offered 15% off coupon to Denny’s.

Our room was not quite clean. There was a soda by TV and used soaps in shower and sink. Only 3 towels in total

it was accessible from the highway.

the first room we were placed in reeked of cigarette smell. Asked for another room and the other room we were placed in did not have working outlets. Had to unplug the tv, cable & refrigerator to have enough outlets for our phone and CPAP machine. Bed was not comfortable.

Refused to give me my deposit back because they claimed the room smelled like smoke, and I don’t even smoke!! Room was dirty and you could tell had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Staff was incredibly rude, had some yogurt packs for “Continental breakfast”. Loud noise heard from other guest all throughout the night. Would highly not recommend.

the locks seemed very flimsy, the surrounding guests were loud and my door kept getting hit making me anxious because I had my 2 year old daughter. the floors and countertops were absolutely disgustingly dirty. I had to clean them myself when I got there. and the floors turned our feet black from all the grime. there were two tiny trashcans but I didn’t see any extra bags so I didn’t know where to put my trash. overall it was awful.

room was mediocre, mold in the bathroom, starting at 5 am what seems to be an apocalyptic size flock of birds perched in the only tree in Amarillo next to our window and screeched for 3 1/2 hours straight.

The breakfast bar was outstanding, and the lady maintaining it was great!

Our only complaint is the $25 fee for our dog is way to much! Other places we stay only charge $10. We left no mess and you could not tell that a dog was ever in our room!

Room was very nice, and staff super friendly.

You guys raised the prices on dogs,way to much. Hotal has always been know for pet friendly ,that is not being pet friendly Now.

water went everywhere for the shower

Didn't like mystery charge against my credit card. Didn't like the room it was small the bathroom reminded me of an airplane. Paint was peeling off the wall.
