Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and smelled good, place was quiet and the whole facility was well maintained! The shower made some pipe noises but other than that this was a great place to stay.

Nothing. They were doing construction the entire time which made the complete stay uncomfortable. The floors were ripped up and dust was everywhere in the lobby. Upstairs where the rooms were the carpet smelled of old mold. It gave old motel vibes.

7 hours after the checkin time when I was there, they call me to cancel my reservation because they were overbooked.

Location was great for everything I wanted to do while there. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was friendly.
It's under renovation, so dirty. Room was across from one or more where smoking must have been allowed. The smell was so strong I could smell it in my room with door closed. My room had a dirty smell as well from carpeting and the pillows.

Our toilet and shower was stopped up. had someone to look at it twice with no luck. Taking a shower and the water wasn’t going down and took hours to go down. Hotel was under construction! Our room window was broken.

Asked for linens and extra pillows for the sofa bed around 4:30 pm and the worker looked at me puzzled then proceeded to tell me that only the housekeeping staff had access to those items and that they wouldn't be in until the morning. I then asked her if all 3 of us were supposed to sleep in one bed and she just shook her head yes still looking puzzled, probably because she didn't speak very good English maybe she didn't fully understand. I had to just walk away from her. That's just my main complaint.
