Huge spacious rooms with a courtyard entry. Beautiful room.

Renovations underway. Paint smell and new carpet smell triggers headaches for me. I appreciate that they are keeping things up but if I had know. I’d book elsewhere.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

It was in the middle of renovation with a lot of dust and noise. I was on the first floor and the dust exacerbated my COPD.

Shuttle to the airport was right on time. Friendly driver.

Getting the return shuttle is always slow.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly especially when she was overrun by all of us who had experienced many flight delays....She helped get us set up with shuttle transportation back to the airport and worked to get everyone settled with a smile on her face.

Nothing

We literally arrived after midnight and left in the morning after breakfast due to missing a connecting flight. It was nice for that purpose. The room was a really good size with comfortable beds and a nice big bathroom. Outside of that I have no idea what else was around in the area. The waffles for breakfast were great!

It was great for a quick stopover.

We have to wait for the shuttle bus for quite long time at the airport. The carpet is not clean. Breakfast is awful.

They accommodated for a mistake on their part and set some of my group in a new room that was to everyone's standards.

I guess the bathroom in one of the rooms I reserved wasn't working. The room service was pretty average bordering less than average in service and food. What was advertised didn't exactly match up with the product served and the delivery was complicated due to a larger language barrier. Overall tho I did get most of what I ordered and it was delivered.

The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. They organised a shuttle to the airport and helped a fellow passenger with organising additional mobility support. They dealt with the request with professionalism and kindness.

the scary door from my room that opened to an empty dark abandoned hallway and the shower water lines made CRAZY noises and would shake the entire room

Motel undergoing remodel but that did not effect any of the sections I was in. The free shuttle to and from airport was a major reason I decided to stay here. Shuttle ervice is 24 / 7 based on availability of variety of drivers that work with each other for covering the number of people wanting transport at a given time. They were efficient. Based on prices for other motels of this quality, rooms were discounted for any remodel inconvenience. There was no inconvenience or construction noise for me based on arriving after midnight and left at 6:30 a.m. The bed was extra comfortable and so needed after I had been traveling for 24 hours with the last of my travel to occur in early morning. I would stay here again!

That I didn't have time to take advantage of all their services.

Rooms were spotless. We loved the outdoor area pool area and the pet area. We also enjoyed the breakfast :)

We requested a cot but we didn't get one.
