Overpriced

It was right off the highway

The beds are so hard, the pillows feel like your sleeping on bricks, staff in lobby was extremely loud which made it very hard to sleep due to the fact I was in the first room closest to the lobby.

3 front desk employees I saw were all very nice and polite. Breakfast was well.

Blood on the floor by the elevator and in the elevator. Stayed there our entire stay- Lobby floor just dirty- Room smelled like smoke. (Suppose to be 100% smoke free hotel) Walls dirty, floor wasn’t vacuumed. Hair on sheets. Running water in the tub. Asked to switch rooms mainly due to smoke smell. Never have done that ever at any hotel- Next room smelt better. But the floors were still dirty. Realized they don’t vacuum the carpets in between guests or in the hallways! Lots of dirt, dust, crumbs on the floor. The shower mat was black (mold) on 25% of it- didn’t even want to look underneath of it. Very dirty. Our clothes and bags smell like smoke. Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning and less time being outside smoking and doing etc.. Housekeepers I saw seemed to be focused on other things. For $200 for 14 hours of stay- it was NOT worth it. Very disappointed. Stayed at a La Quinta in a different area before and was satisfied. Will not be staying at this La Quinta at this location again.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The rooms and hotel in general were very tired especially the first room we were given on the first floor. The building needs a renovation and all carpets need a good shampoo.

We always stay at La Quinta when possible. I’m fact we’ve stayed at this location before. It’s usually just fine.

This visit didn’t go as well as usual. Check in was difficult for us and those around us. The hotel was very noisy late night and early morning. There were flies in the bathroom—I think drain flies. We paid more than usual due to summer season. We didn’t get out money’s worth.

Pillows were awful. Bathroom not very clean.

Always liked LA Quinta and their remodeling of all their hotels make it a great overnight stay.
