I did not eat

the carpet was stained, the bathroom sink had no stopper, the security bar was missing off the door, construction work in the evening. No one available at checkout

carpet was dirty and have a lot of spot on it, bathtub was dirty, shower head stuck in one position ,and there was no complimentary lotion in the bathroom. Breakfast was a disaster. We went down around 8:00 am there was hardly anything to choose from. We sat and waited for someone to come and do a refill instead the lady keep passing and going in the kitchen without asking or looking if everything was okay. We had to go to the front desk to ask if no one was coming out to refill the pans with eggs and sausages. The staff there need better training.

The school was closed for construction

It was underconstriction, it will be nice when it is finished.

the property was convenient and close to Muskego for my function

The lobby was nice and inviting along with the front desk staff. The room was like a fraternity house room. I understand they are beginning a remodel but the room was disgusting. We couldn’t or wouldn’t walk barefoot on the carpet. Housekeeping just made the bed. Blood stains on the lamp shades, dog nose smudges on the window, mold in the shower, bathroom fan was so dusty it dropped dust every time the light was turned on and the room hadn’t been dusted in probably months. Upon looking at the room we asked for another room and was only offered a “PET FRIENDLY” room. We decided not as it was probably worse. The nice thing was they adjusted our rate and we didn’t get bug bites.

The convenience of the location

Staff was mediocre and lacked response. One had their car parked right in front of the door (I assume they were soon off duty) literally blocking the entrance so that patrons had to carry their belongings around the car. Even after mentioning it to the desk clerk, nothing was done. 3 hours later it was still there. Breakfast was a joke. When I arrived in the 'cafe' area, there were no eggs or meat available, the juice machine was empty and the butter was frozen. I waited 10 minutes and another guest suggested I tell the front desk so they could make more. NOT MY JOB!!! Make sure there is more. Geez! Entry light in room was burnt out (not a big deal, but amazed that it wasn't noticed by the cleaning staff). Now, I understand that renovations are happening, but there was literally a hole in the floor at the foot of my bed that I turned my ankle in. It wasn't noticeable due to the carpet. The elevators were filthy due to the contractors use.

My mother was bit by something on her bed which made us having to leave 2 days earlier than planned. She was also told she was to receive an additional 20% discount on our room and I would get a confirmation on my e-mail which I haven't received yet.

sheets on the bed looks dirty with hair, room dusty, bathtub disgusting,snowing day no one was shelving the snow the main entrance was slippery they don’t even put ice melted, mattress where sinked in.

our carpets were filthy,tub filthy,dried blood on our covers, wall paper tearing down.

not clean in common areas. room had carpet had so many stains I wasn't about to go barefoot. even bathed my dog when I returned home.

Clean, most of the staff was friendly

The pool was closed one day, then the next day the hot tub was closed. Then housekeeping came in my room when I wasn't there and I had all my things laying out and there was a staff member at the front that had a bad attitude. Also I wish they had a bigger selection for breakfast.

There were ladybugs on the walls and window. Only issue we had.

Still close to area I needed

There where pet poo stains on the carpet, the wallpaper was coming off the walls and previous occupants hair was all over the shower walls I have pictures to of all the issues
