Absolutely the most disgusting experience ever…was told it was a non smoking room, it wasn’t, it reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom was disgusting. I left to have dinner and went to buy cleaning supplies. After I cleaned the whole bathroom and sink area, I noticed there were no towels. Went downstairs to pick some up and no one was there(about10:30pm) I called the number left at front desk and he tells me he’s busy and hangs up on me. I call him back and he says what’s the problem? I say I have no towels, and he asked my room number and then says I’ll be right there. I waited 45 minutes, he never shows. Right then, as I’m sitting in a chair, a cockroach starts crawling across the bed. I immediately left and checked into another hotel.

Our room was clean and cool.

Only two pillows on the king bed. Only one bath towel and wash cloth. Remote control that didn’t work.

It was in good location

There was no cord for the tv there was stains ikon the towels the bathroom sink had a very foul odor and the shower clogged up.

Absolutely nothing

Nothing like the online pictures. When I first got there no one at the counter, just a sign with a phone number. Second, super sketchy area, the room was old, the sheets were stained, the refrigerator didn’t work, the rest room was dirty, the tub was old, and moldy, the sink had yellow water all over it. I’ve stayed at numerous places, and this has been the worst, even when comparing to a third world country.

The room was clean and very cozy. Beds were extremely comfortable and I couldn’t have slept better.
