Greated by great employee said my dogs were free, ate at old Chicago great restaurant with nice tap selection. Nice pool and grass area for dogs. Room was nice and cool for sleeping it was great!

My room had dirty towels in closet, not sure if cleaning people forgot it there. Otherwise decent

How close it was to the highway, restaurants, and shopping centers.

Nothing really, the parking lot is a little stretchy at night. It was a little rust in the bathtub and the wall was coming apart. Other then that, we loved everything.

Location was great, though a little far from downtown. A favorite Pizza restaurant right in the building.

the only thing I didn’t like was the fact that someone prior to our visit must’ve removed the cover for all the cords on the nightstand so the cover was just sitting on the floor and there was an empty bag of beef jerky with it which made me wonder how housekeepers missed that.

Super clean, great amenities, comfy room

the elevators are located in a horribly awkward place! hard to find and depending on where your room is you may have to walk back and forth the length of the hotel! we finally found the stairs which was far better, but can’t do with all luggage, etc.

Beautiful facility, very modern. Beds were comfortable, a/c worked well and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast had a good selection in the morning.

The indoor pool had mold....I didn't want to risk taking a picture with my phone that close to water, it was around the waterline and where the water runs through to get filtered. It also had a funky smell. The water level in the pool and hot tubs was also very low. I got the feeling the water was not the cleanest, my kids and I did not stay long.

The amenities were above standards. Staff was very helpful and polite. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Nothing comes to mind that I disliked about this Hotel.

Staff was very helpful even though we kept deactivating our room keys. It was so busy and the staff evening and morning were all very nice and helpful.

No one thing, I will say it was the busiest hotel I have ever stayed in.
