Easy to get to, free valet at time of our visit- the Asian restaurant is delicious

Everything was great, and Service was awesome at Check-In, but no one seemed to help with my luggage.

I had quite a few guys pass & see me struggling and never asked If I needed any help. I feel like there should be a daycare of some sort so the kids can play while parents gamble. I was charged twice for my stay and still waiting for my refund not to mention I had a family emergency ( death in my family) so I had to leave at 2 am instead of checkout the next day.

This is a great spot to have fun and relax with a group of friends. The beds are super comfy and we love the adult pool area! Ember is a wonderful spot for dinner!

Check-in took over an hour. Get the check-in by the app where your phone can be the key! The hotel lost so much money because we stood in line for over an hour and then had to rest in our room before we went to gamble. Also, there should be an adult area in the hotel. Our neighbors had kids and you could hear the kids and parents yelling through the walls. There should be cheaper tables during the week, $15 blackjack tables are a lot....consider $5 tables.

Our room had no hot water, we had to take cold baths. We reported it and maintenance came to our room after we had gone to bed. We told the front desk about it the next morning when we checked out, she said, Oh, Sorry...

Clean. Service at the Embers restaurant was good. Valet and bellmen were great.

Service at front desk and the fact that we had to wait 3 1/2 hours, after arriving at 3:45pm, for a room with only vague excuses as why rooms weren’t ready. Lobby, bars and other areas were full of others who waited as long, and much longer. Although I met someone who walked right in without a reservation who got a room in ten minutes while others waited. When I mentioned this to front desk after checking with them four times suddenly our room was ready…and I still had not received the promised text that we had a room…..The advertised MyHero military discount was not honored as we did not book directly with the hotel…….Rules for new member $500 play reimbursement differed depending on who we talked to. (No, somehow we did not qualify..) We had reservations for three nights but only stayed one.
