Decent enough.
Very soft, uncomfortable beds and didn't sleep well.

Amazing room decor, bathroom hardwood floors, best disabled access ever! Baggage carrier smooth, front desk incredibly helpful getting best room, no hidden fees or charges, late checkout at 12 lifesaver!, pool hours are perfect
No eggs after 8, coffee not so great by service desk (room coffee great!), some weird guys working on van made uncomfortable watching myself and two year old son, room plug-ins could use USB jack update

I was pleased with the front desk woman named Maranda. Somehow my reservations ended up messed up but she handled it well. It was overwhelming for all of us. She was working long hours. We arrived around 6pm and she was still there at 8am the following morning.
I made reservations well in advance and paid in full beforehand. When we arrived those rooms were not avaliable. I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. Maybe they double booked? I'm not sure what happened. After all was said n done I have to take 2 rooms with only 1 king bed. One of the rooms had a sleeper sofa. The other did not! Needless to say one of the beds had to sleep 3 to a bed.. not at all what I wanted....but we made it work!

We were welcomed by front desk staff, our room was clean and well maintained. We spent time in the pool area and staff refilled towel cart to make sure we had enough for our group. Great stay!!
Check in was a little messed up with wrong room assignments. Front desk staff did a great job making sure we got what we paid for.

very good location for our trip
I scheduled weeks in advance I ask for 1st floor as I’m scheduled for hip replacement no only did I not get 1st floor I got the 2nd floor farthest room down the hall they could of given me room by elevator on any floor.

We found a pair of dirty socks in the bedside drawer. Obviously from the people before us who stayed in there. The microwave was dirty inside and you couldn’t turn off the fan/air without unplugging the whole unit!!!!

Convenient location, breakfast was good. Staff were friendly
Beds were very uncomfortable. We arrived later (around 9) and found that our 2 queen room was no longer available because the hotel oversold for the night. They did upgrade us to a king suite, but the fold out mattress on the couch was very stained and we had to go get sheets and blankets for it.

It was a good deal and an in between location to the places we came to visit. I also really appreciated a front desk person, Cathy. She was so much help when we needed to change the type of room due to our son deciding to come with us. She has excellent people skills that are genuine and she goes the extra mile to see your stay is wonderful.

Staff was super friendly, the king suite was sizable and comfortable and we got a good deal on the room.
There was bits of mold around the tub, the bathroom door was hung off so it was hard to shut and the room could've used a deep clean. There was hair in the shower that you could tell the previous guests had literally made shapes with on the shower wall that hadn't been cleaned along with a lot of soap scum, etc. so it didn't look like the showers had been cleaned at all.

The staff was smoking in the doorway as we walked through. They were cleaning carts with dirty laundry in every hallway. Beds were not comfortable and the room was not very clean.

The property was very well maintained, and equipped with excellent facilities.

I stay here every time I go to Columbus. I absolutely love this place!! Staff is always friendly, rooms are exceptionally clean, and everything you could imagine is less that a mile or 2 away. I will be and will always be staying here again when in Columbus.
