I really appreciated the one and only lady working the entire hotel by herself which by the way had no vacancy. She was on top of everything even though she had a lot going on. All while being extremely friendly and customer focused.

The bathroom door was hard to shut as well as really loud. The bell (ding) from the elevator was a little obnoxious but that might have been because we were in the room right across from it.

The breakfast offered was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Lots of options and tested great!

The beds weren't very comfortable to my back problems but honestly not a deal breaker.

Ana at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly, check in was quick and easy. The front lobby is beautiful and has hot coffee and ice water with a lovely fireplace seating area. Breakfast was hot and fresh with eggs, make your own waffle station, sausage and potatoes, multiple bread/ bagel and cereal options I just wish there was some fruit! Our spa room was beautiful amazing, the tub was spacious and set in its own offset cutters with windows and fireplace. What a beautiful stay. Thank you La Quinta we WILL be back!

Everything was excellent

Super easy to find

It needs structural improvements. Every time we would walk across our room everything in the room would shake. The elevator acted like it was going to break down.

Ability for them to get our Family connecting rooms. Front Desk people were awesome and friendly. Breakfast lady was awesome too! Kids loved the pool. Located close to everything we wanted to enjoy!

We absolutely loved the pool and the how amazing the hotel looked. The staff was also incredibly nice with was an awesome bonus

The only issue we had was we kept being woken up by the person above us walking around. They had a heavy walk. It had absolutely nothing to do with the staff or hotel itself. It just happens when you are below someone.

The bathtub could have been cleaner the drain took forever to drain. Extra covers for the pull out sofa.

Pool adult time should be at 10pm not 11pm and more coffee in room

Took almost two hours to get checked in. There was a lack of communication between the hotel and booking.com

The area felt a bit secluded, quiet. The hotel layout was simple and easy to navigate around.

Very nice place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. I did not have a chance to eat breakfast there, but it smelt so super good, and with a nice big eating area.

so much noise, which I guess would be expected from other guests in the daytime but kids were pounding on walls and running up and down hallways until midnight.. which got old fast. overall a good place to stay though! the staff was awesome and very nice.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Decent-sized pool and spa. The snack shop was so convenient! The breakfast area was well-kept and had fresh food. A great assortment of options. We had the king suite and the size was perfect for me and 2 young kids with a dog, very spacious. Nicely kept laundry room that got our clothes clean and fresh. Lovely location aside from not having a view. Walking distance to dining and shops and the aquarium. Quick access to the historic Bayfront, shopping, and family-friendly beaches.

The room I had could have used a deep cleaning There was a full trash can when we arrived. The corners of the rooms, behind and under furniture, including the bathroom, had not appeared to be cleaned in a while. The bed was super springy and uncomfortable. It would also be nice if there was a way for guests to take their own trash out so as to not bother the front desk after normal housekeeping hours. The pool could be a touch warmer.

Our 1st time it was great. This time wasn't great. The one thing I liked was being on the back side gave you a view of trees with hummingbirds and not the parking lot.

Well 1st the creakiest bed ever. One side was comfortable the other not so much. The people above us stomped across the floor all day and night. The lady at the desk could care less. I scrubbed the hot tub out and the jets and pink film came out of the jets. Gross. Glad I cleaned it. The hot tub had some small cracks inside. There was I think dog hair on the couch. Which people have pet allergies so you should let people know if they're staying in a pet friendly room.

Good quality hotel service and staff. The hotel is clean and quiet, except for the swimming pool.

In swimming pool is complete chaos, it is not possible to swim, there are so many children who scream, run everywhere and jump into the water, constantly throwing some objects into the water. Their parents don't look after them at all. Any time could happen accident .
