Had booked a 2 queen and decided to switch to single king (was slightly cheaper) and was still charged for the 2 queen bed

I just pick this hotel cause was near to my destination

Over priced , bathroom was dirty & was not working properly, smelled pee.

Everything else was super perfect. We stay here everytime we come to corpus.

My tub did not drain properly and halfway into showering, I was ankle deep in water.

It was close to the event I was attending.

The walls had cracks and holes in them. The room was not cleaned well. There were rips in the carpet. My room was not cleaned the entire stay. When I told staff, they acted suprised, but there were 6 others in line saying the same thing. I was asked to bring down my dirty towels, but then they didn't have any clean towels to replace them.

There was no soap available--not hand soap nor body wash. I question if the staff had any soap to wash their hands with. At breakfast, they had run out of many items.
