Right by the freeway. Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk very nice.
Room could use a little bit more touch ups as in paint and restroom door.

This owner should seriously consider a complete remodel. Noise level from everywhere was extremely poor. The lock in the restroom window was broke minimally secured with a 2/4. There was a hole in the front end of the tub. We were unable to close the bathroom door. I am very curious to know when was the last time the entry door to this room was rekeyed. They are not using a secured key blank. The health department should be informed and a inspection should be immediately ordered. I do understand the price is very cheap but there is no excuse for these conditions.

The location is very good, on the I-35 close to everything in the city. The bed is comfortable, the TV has a lot of channels options. The wi-fi is good and the air conditioning in the bedroom works well. And the price is fair.
The fridge was very dirty, and the room smells bad. When I first entered, I needed to open my windows to try to make the smell a little bit weaker. I also couldn't use the towel, because of the bad smell.

It was a place to sleep for the night.
The doors were worn and old. The old styled locks were cumbersome . The night lamp didn't have a bulb in it. That old cabinet drawer in the room was just too outdated. Let's hope they get rid of it or refinish it. The towel a d cloth racks were rusted and dated.
I could hear the noises from outside. That seemed as though the building wasn't insulated at all.

it’s in a dangerous area and while bed and bath were clean, overall not so clean

Room was clean and everything worked. Excellent hot water. Location cannot be helped, but l will stay there again.

The motel didn’t have roaches which was surprising!
The neighborhood was awful! Nosy neighbors poor to look at and it was grimey gross I didn’t want to put my things down or touch anything.

The staff & the location.
It could use an update. The door did lock very good at all. Scary. I didn’t sleep a wink.
The first room I got was cleaned ok. The second room was barely cleaned. The floors weren’t mopped & there was a ton of trash under the night stand & under the bed & it smelled like someone has been in there for days without showering.
