Was told when i booked the room and was on my contract that breakfast was to be purchased for $7.00 each. Hotel would not honor the deal that was made. Went to cracker barrel and ate

I encountered staff members with clouds of vape smoke around them indoors. There was terrible odor in the lobby area the entire time we were there making it uncomfortable to sit down there to eat breakfast. Room was too small. Food way overpriced. Room was stuffy and I don’t think our thermostat worked. The breakfast process was confusing.

Was very clean. Breakfast was good for the money. Location was great

Hot tub was warm not hot and heated pool was cold. After skiing all day we washed clothes and dryer wasn’t working. Equipment need more attention

We liked the pool and hot tub as a place to unwind after the day. Also great for one day that it rained all day!

Wish there would’ve been drinks at the bar. All they had was beer. No mixers for cocktails. This definitely was not a deal breaker though!

The property is dated, the rooms and facilities did not look like the photos.

The breakfast was the only good thing about the property.

The manager was very helpful every time that we had a question.
