I had a problem with our rooms yesterday and have tried to reach out to the hotel and have not been able to speak to anyone. The first room assigned was 311. The room looked like a war zone. Ripped Capet holes in walls as smelled of cigarette smoke. Contacted the front desk and was finally reassigned to room 313. The room appears to be ok. My wife got up to go to the bathroom at 2:30am and got locked into the bathroom. When she closed the door she had not realized their was no door Handel. She was banging on the door hollering to me because she was looked in and could not get out. I am profoundly def without my hearing and did not her her banging. I awoke at 3:30 To find that she was trapped in the bathroom. This morning when I went to the front desk there was no one to speak to about this. This was unacceptable. Someone from your staff either house Keeping or who ever checks the rooms that they are guest ready should have alerted management and the room should have been taken out of service.
