Price and the girl working was friendly. It was close to the location I needed to be. That’s it!
It stunk inside the room and out of the hallway. Parking and location was horrible. Floors felt filthy. Blankets were so thin.

Nothing, It's cheap.
Has roaches in the rooms. Rooms only get cleaned every 14 days. I was their a month. The hotel is dog friendly. The carpet in the room was nasty. Plenty of dog poop in the parking area. The rooms are not stocked with dishes/coffee pot. You must ask for them and what you receive is poor quality if they have them. Windows don't open so when people cook they set off the buildings fire alarms and you are forced to evacuate.

Location was central so I could get to the hospital and to family
It is a little outdated. There was no dishes, utensils, glasses, pots or pans, no paper towels, no shampoo… it is advertised that breakfast is included and all that entailed was packets of instant oatmeal, coffee & individual wrapped muffins. No juices, no cereal, no yogurt, no eggs. no fresh fruit, no ice water, no protein or waffles
Also, you aren’t told that there is no room service during your stay

the front desk staff was nice and friendly upon check in
Although, it says no smoking, my room smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. and then people were lingering in the parking lot throughout the night, felt like my car wasn’t safe in the parking lot.

don’t get me wrong, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, but the soap in the bathroom , not the bath soap but the sink soap was unwrapped ( I found the wrapper on the floor) and it had obviously been used , there was also no trash/waste can… I ended up using the plastic bag from a to go order, there were footprints in area in front of the TV, like someone had mopped then walked through it.

I checked into room and it had multipal this wrong, table legs were broken chairs broken food in ac etc management allowed drug use and drug sales my family felt like prisoners i had to call you and corporate to get my money back

It was a error when I arrived the desk charged me again which I pay online already but got refunded with in 3 business days so no worries still impressed with the great service

The location & the beds were decent.
The heater in our room didn't work..and the window wouldn't close. Half the lights in the room didn't work..and there was absolutely nothing to cook or eat with in the kitchenette. When going down to address my issues, I was told they were booked full..but in the same sentence he changed his mind and said he could move me to the room next door. The amenities there worked (besides all the lights)..but the kitchenette was still bare. Also, the hallways & rooms stunk ! Probably the least appealing extended stay I've ever stayed at!!

There was no breakfast no lids for the coffee cups no clean towels when we asked we were told by the manager that nothing had been done the night before and we would have to wait two hours for clean towels or to shower and that she did not know what to tell us. In other words not her problem the water was cold in the shower again not her problem the bathroom was very dirty when we got there there was dust all over the chair and under the air conditioner in the makeshift closet there was absolutely no cups spoons no coffee maker plates nothing I asked about a coffee maker and they said they’d have to go look for one they had none available never got back to me again and I

it was close to places to eat and grocery store. Right off the freeway for convenience.
i got the hotel because it had a kitchen. We wanted to cook some food for dinner and they had no plates, glasses and utensils. Not even a frying pan to cook with.

the day staff Lena ( I believe was her name was amazing .
In the morning there was a bloody towel in the elevator and when I went to let the front desk know , no one could be found .

Affordable price.
Waited almost an hour to get a room, they never had towels, no swimming pool and nobody was at front desk at night but doors were unlocked for others to come in and they don't have hair dryers or pans to cook.

The room had a sink in the kitchen area, it looked like someone vomited in the sink and it was never cleaned!
They said included continental breakfast, they had coffee and granola bars only. Nothing else, no water.

it was a problem from the time we got there 1st it took the lady working the front desk over 5mins to come from the back after being in her personal phone than we had not towels in our room the toilet wouldn’t not flash at all so we where told there was nothing they could because there was no one on site to fix it to call back in the morning after 7am and that was crazy because we had just checked in from a 8 hour drive so not to be about use the bathroom was wild so I finally went back and ask the lady if we can just have a plunger so we can do it ourselves and that didn’t even work so it was a nightmare staying here would never stay here again and that wasn’t even all that happened but at this point I’m just happy we find another place to enjoy our vacation/ bday
