Dirty, water shutoff whole hotel entire day. No spoons available yet offered oatmeal at breakfast.

Nice personnel, everything you need in the room, great trail in the back

beds were very uncomfortable, all furniture was extremely worn, sheets were clean but had permanent stains

Did not use the breakfast because it was just coffee and bananas and not much else. The location is fine. The daytime person behind the counter was fine. I think his name was Sammy. The rooms were big enough and were clean.

The hospitality was definitely lacking. There were no cups or coffee cups or coffee machine or coffee in the room at all. We had to wait for the gentleman to come with a lot of utensils and plates and pots and pans etc but still no coffee. We had to make an order from Walmart to have some instant coffee delivered. Only one trash can in the whole place. And the electricity in the kitchen plugs was non-existent and behind the bed the wall plug base plate was hanging out of the wall. Very dangerous. Not super happy with the maintenance in that place.

As it was very cold outside there was no heat in the room and just a tiny blanket for cover.

Noise between 2-3:00 AM

The kitchen wasn't cleaned properly. The counters were dirty, under the sink was dirty, The tub spout was dripping and could not be tightened to stop it. All the furniture was old and beaten up badly. Light bulbs were burned out and the front desk said they didn't have any replacements. The downstairs hallway was dirty and needed to be vacuumed more frequently.
