Location was Great..
Limited parking 1 way in an out and elevator was broken and I was on the 4th floor, had late checking after a long day of officiating basketball tournament.

Very clean, very convenient location, spacious, we really enjoyed our stay. Honestly we felt “at home” . Would love to stay here again in the future.

Two queen beds with a kitchen was just what we needed for our month long stay. Laundry and gym on the ground floor made the stay very comfortable. Safety, privacy and comfort...10/10
Sometimes tiny cockroaches would be seen in the gaps of the kitchen counter top. They sent the pest control but they are doing a superficial job. Housekeeping is once a week. That too isn't done properly. WC and bathtub was not cleaned. Only the bathroom floor was cleaned. But atleast they provide the cleaning supplies so I cleaned it myself. Vacuum cleaner is also available. Overall management needs to pay more attention to the staff responsible for cleaning and hygiene.

they offered no breakfast and even the coffee they offered there was no creamer or sugar. when I asked could they replenish they said no . They are not replenishing until renovations are completed.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They had dove soap. It came with a kitchen.
I selected a bigger room (1 bedroom) and the gave me a kig suit which is much smaller. The only one bedroom they had left (which should have been mine) was given to someone else that complained about their room. This was rented to do my bridal make-up and almost ruined my pre-wedding. It was very tight with everyone in the room.

The staff was really nice. The rooms were spacious.
It had a dead smashed roach and bug legs and droppings in the drawer where the utensils were. Although we did not use any of the kitchen space, it was still disgusting to see. I could hear the people upstairs hitting on something. Smh The walls in the bathroom needed to be wiped down, there was hair left in the blow dryer. It needed better cleaning and a remodel. Idk how it has an 8 point anything!

but facilities was horrible. No hot water nor pressure in showers. Stove didn't get hot.

The location was good.
Elevator wasn't working . I booked a king suite and was given a queen suite. Trash cans were overflowing. Had to wait on desk clerk for 30 minutes because the elevator was out and she was helping guests with their luggage.

only complaint was first knock on door at 7:30 am for maid service. 2nd knock around 9 am for maid service. We were checking out and check out was not til 11 am so the 7:30 knock waking us up was not pleasant,then again at 9.. 30 minutes before our alarms were set..

Close to 6 flags, very friendly staff!
Older hotel, active construction site, wasn’t very clean and most of our furniture in our pet friendly room had bite/tear marks on them. Also there was carpet in pet friendly room. we have hypoallergenic dogs because I’m allergic. carpet where pets have been kill my allergies.
