Messy lobby. Asst manager’s many unruly grandkids running around and in and out of the pool. Shockingly unprofessional to put it mildly. No one should stay at this terribly run place with seriously questionable workers. Everything seemed tinged with bad vibes.

To have someone actually properly attend to the guests. No breakfast option. Rooms not clean or fresh.

They said they had breakfast online and they didn’t ask to clean room the who 2 weeks i as staying here the pluming was all bad toilet broke 4 times matneces never came to fix one of there employs was completely out of hand with my daughter throwing her in pool with out my permission being mean to some of the guests she’s unprofessional rude loud mot very welcoming to guest at all I can’t be leave the was she talked onto her step son or boy friends kid disrespectful rouse not very parenting what do ever

I got sleep.

They shower was slippery as all get out plus it was a handicap one.

The location was close to the event we went to and the staff was attentive.

The room had only a sheet and a bed cover the same thickness of a sheet on the bed, no blankets at all. I know we are in Scottsdale but no blankets available?? The bed was very firm with 4 small throw pillows at the top. The ceiling in the bathroom was drooping due to water damage. There were cigarette burns on the bedding and in the carpet and lastly we couldn't shut the curtain for privacy. All night we had the sheer white shade covering the window and the curtain that isn't even meant to shut on the sides. We could see the white lights of the pool and there was no use to sleeping in past 730 as the sun was bright. The pool and hot tub were dirty with debris and the hot tub was warm but it was dark and the jets didn't work as well as a strange aquarium odor coming from it my 2 sons, one of which was just enjoying Medieval Times for his 9th birthday were uncomfortable going into the water, and when I tell you they usually don't care that means it was bad. For spending over $220 a night I will definitely be going somewhere else on my next trip and I hope someone who can fix some of these things receives this.

It’s location was fantastic! We were in Phoenix for a birthday trip to Odysea.

I can say there is anything I didn’t like.

Location was great.

There was no breakfast and we had to ask for blankets. There was coffee but it was terrible. The inside of the bathroom door was filthy.

it was near the balloon festival and by red wolf lodge.

There wasn’t much to do around the area.
