The lobby was nice

The staff wasn't very welcoming. The rooms wasn't very nice.

Everything was great. I couldn't see the spa though it was listed on the amenities page. Did see the pool, however.

The property was well kept. This might be weird, but it smelled good. Guest service was friendly, prompt and helpful. The room was really nice. The bed could be updated. We felt every spring and each other's movement. Plenty of towels, the shower is incredible. Loved the shelf in the shower. Great water pressure. Convenient soda machine.

The bed. Ancient mattress. Sagging-ish. The pillows are nice. We stayed in room 208 at 15151 Brighton Rd, in Brighton. The BW. I'm sure you know where. Fix that?? Hands down the best hotel I've been in!

I checked out early I was at a funeral till 3 pm I asked the first gal if I could have a late check she said no I would have to buy another night if I wanted anything after 12pm as a check. so I agreed to pay the 125 for my convenience. alter the Fairfield was working with the other family members and their times. so we agreed no problem, I came to check our the last person I talked she said well you still have to pay and you don’t get a discount I knew that, and was already upset about losing my niece. it was not need to say that so harshly, I had already had this discussion once.

We reserved a king room but I know it was queen and when I asked they insisted was a king room but I have a King bed at home and it definitely wasn't a king and the room was small, was at the end of the hall next to the entrance so we heard the door alot.

So pleased we chose this place for our first night. It has everything we needed, friendly staff, convenient location and was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Highly recommended!

Confusion with reservation. Our Wednesday day was not scheduled and I was called on Saturday because hotel had us checking out that day which wasn't true. Extra worries that I didn't need. Poorly managed. No apologies, nothing.
