You need a good room for a good price. This is it. Kinda like staying in a cabin with other guests. And there was a lake just down the road. I'm staying there again if they have room. Close to everything. And yet in the country it felt like.

Anything you needed it was available. Large quiet room. Other guests were nice to be around. I got no complaints. Town was just down the street. I slept solid and had fun.

My son and his wife stayed here. We paid for their stay. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and they enjoyed the other guests that were there as well. Sharing a bathroom was not a problem. Be aware, it's 420 friendly. The aroma was always there. That did not bother them.

The only thing that they did not like was the water. It had a terrible sewer odor. They brought their own drinking water. The washer did not work. But I think that's going to be fixed. There was a dryer that worked.

Nice comfortable bed. Felt right at home. Had the use of the kitchen and Hot Tub. Another guest bought steaks for everyone and grilled them. Like being with family. The owner is great and very accommodating. And you can’t beat the price!!

We thought it would be difficult sharing a bathroom but everyone was very considerate and it worked out fine.
