Location perfect from the fairgrounds

No options for continental breakfast. Coffee was not available, only had cereal or waffle.

The room was nice and spacious! Was just cleaned as we got there!!

at least bacon and eggs, or if you don't have kitchen some fresh fruit cocktails, yogurt, cream cheese or peanut butter to add to a toast, need more toaster and waffle machines

Location was great!

I booked 2 nights,checked in late Saturday night. I got up on Sunday Morning I noticed a bed bug on the sheet and immediately called to the front desk. The clerk was nice and told me to come down and she would issue a FULL refund. I informed her that I would not be staying the additional night. Once I arrived at the front desk, she told me that she spoke to her manager and that I would need to call back the next day to discuss the refund. Instead of becoming upset I did that, Monday morning I called and the manager told me it was impossible that they had bed bugs and refused to give me the refund as previously promised. I took pictures and they still tried say that I was lying about the bed bugs. I was highly upset on the phone so my husband had to take me up just to attempt to get a resolution. Manager was very insensitive to the situation but my husband was able to get him to refund the night we did not stay.

Ideal location for where we needed to be overnight and within easy reach of so many places on or schedule
