The breakfast was nice and the staff was great. Our cards to room didn't work a couple of times, but they got them fixed.
My husband didn't like the little pillows and the water pressure of the shower made it hard to rinse off. Also the pool was not open. We are planning on staying here again in Sept and really hope the pool is open by then.

the front desk staff was accommodating, was able to modify my stay and leave day earlier without charge
fitness room was good
first of all, wasn’t notified that pool is under construction,
second, lost power on the day of arrival for 3 hours ( I know, it’s not hotel’s fault) so ac unit worked hard the whole weekend to cool the room down since it was humid as hell in the room
third, I think the breakfast items weren’t discarded after 3 hours no power because myself, my husband and other guests , that I found out later on, had mild food poisoning

Breakfast was very good. We stayed in the same room we were in the prior January and we're back due to the excellent facilities. I needed to check in a little early and use wi fi for a zoom meeting. Stahh and Mr. Patel were accommodating and helpful.
Would like a microphone on the house computer. But did my meeting on my phone. Not a complaint, just a desire.

We had to leave two days early due to an emergency at home. Front desk referred us back to Booking.com for a possible refund. Didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to my request of a partial refund. BW was ok but we are DONE using Booking.com.

Very clean and highly maintained inside and out. Very nice staff. Very quiet and easy access to I-35
Everything was perfect with the property. No complaints at all. Wish our stay had been longer. Will definately stay again next time in that area.

Room was good, clean, and had a mini fridge which is a plus.
The first room i was given already had people in it. Walking into a room with a couple already in it is a very awkward experience. This experience will keep me from staying here again. Also very pricy for a generic hotel

We choose this hotel for the spa suites and accessibility to the downtown area of Georgetown. Not a lot of traffic, but easy to get where you are going.
There was a party going on above us on the 3rd floor until after 2am-had to call the front desk twice due to loud music, foot traffic, and loud voices. Finally stopped so we could get to sleep, but got noisey again early in the morning. First time this happened though.

Location seemed safe; staff were friendly, TV and A/C worked well, USB plugs on nightstand.
Dated furnishings and carpet on third floor, connecting door to room wouldn’t lock, worn sheets, wrong size pillows (small standard) for king-size bed.
