Passed out drunk people in 2 hallways and front desk clerk banged my friend in the back of her car while she was workin and gave him a free room and breakfast ..gross and pool closed at 9 ridiculous people travel late should be 11 like others and no hottub

Disappointed with no complimentary breakfast Pool was freezing cold

The location and indoor bar were convenient.

I called multiple times to get a ground floor room with tub. On 2 separate days .twice the day of arrival. When I checked in I was put on 2nd floor. There's no elevator and I've had knee surgery. Next day they moved me to first floor and downgraded me from a king to two queens. This room had a bathtub but no stopper. And black stuff all around the faucet ( mold) I cleaned the bathroom. The hottub was cold. And out of service. I thought I would have a better stay being the name. Left early, very dissatisfied.

The lobby and bar/restaurant areas were beautiful. I was disappointed that the rooms had not been remodeled along with the rest of the hotel.

The rooms still had the old carpet and furnishings rather than being updated like the lobby and bar.

Better pillows. Better bar prices. Better decore in rooms. Bigger shower in suite rooms

Hot, fast and delicious. The breakfast area was clean. Glad to have fresh cooked to order food instead of help yourself cold options. Definitely will be coming back to this property next trip to Williston.

Access to room with relation to parking could have been better. Check in was later in the day than expected. Check out was earlier than expected. Pool wasn't open late.

Don’t usually give negative feedback but it wasn’t the best stay we’ve ever had for a family trip. The first room we had was never cleaned and there was actual feces in the toilet still. The next room we had had a super noisy heater fan and no one slept. The hot tubs in the pool area are not operational. They charge your credit card everyday of your stay and that’s fine but they kept overcharging us. Not the greatest place and next time we will stay somewhere else.

No hot tub , issues with the rooms.
