I paid for this room through booking.com and there was no room for me at the hotel. I had to pay for another hotel on my own and still haven’t been confirmed for a refund through this website. I really need this resolved asap

Quite literally nothing, I imagine when the area isn’t ripped apart by construction it has incredibly easy access to go just about anywhere but that wasn’t even a plus! In fact the way construction has things it’s extremely difficult to find especially because it defeats GPS directions. Actually I thought of something, the fridge and microwave miraculously worked! The safe did not though.
It was filthy. The bed had springs practically exposed. Ripped up tattered curtains. Marks all over the wall. I don’t even want to know what was in the shower but looked like spots of blood. Broken toilet seat. Old dusty inoperable fixtures falling off the walls. Annoying an very unflattering fluorescent lights that constantly blinked and buzzed both in the bathroom and attached to the bed. Inoperable safe. Flys kept coming from somewhere.. I actually didn’t sleep in the bed for fear of bugs and felt uncomfortable setting my things down especially in the bathroom cause it just felt so filthy and gross and I sure wish I had demanded a refund the moment I got there and went anywhere else! Oh and I technically paid for almost a whole day that I wasn’t there cause of arriving early in the morning.

my room had bedbugs and my legs got eaten up i called for a report at 8:00 am this morning and nobody still hasn't contacted me back. I'm on my way to the hospital now its now 2:04 pm

I like that the location had easy access to the major highway & that I dont have to be inside the lobby to access My room.
The rest room shower head and there were some cookie crums on the tv stand plus that carpet needs some power wash but beside that every things was good.

Tub looked a mess, toilet didnt flush, chair was super dirty i had to sanitize it myself and the rag was brown afterwards, people were smoking right outside my room till the early morning

there Was no hot water for 2 days and there was roaches everywhere, I tried calling the front desk several times before I realized there was no phone line for the rooms phone! I finally went down to the front desk and was told there was nothing they can do until the next day, the next day came and still no hot water, they moved me to another room that smelled like cat litter! just horrible!

It was a place to sleep.
The problems started at check in. I provided my driver license as ID to the clerk at check-in and received my keycard but not the license back. When I asked for it I was told it was in the keycard envelope. I showed her it was not and she responded, “Your all set.” I indicated I was not - that I needed the license back. After a pause she rummaged to the side of the check-in window and found and returned the license, without even a cursory apology (like ‘Oops -sorry’). Not a big deal, but aI bit annoying.
When we arrived in our room, the TV was on and there was no remote to turn it off. We called the front office and were told to come back to the front office to get one. My wife did so and got one, but the TV did not respond to it. Since it was late at night and returning to the office required a moderately long walk between buildings I gave up on the TV. There were probably buttons somewhere on the flat screen display but they were not obvious to me, so I turned it off by pulling the power plug.
The room was a tad chilly but I found no way to warm it: a room thermostat on the wall was inoperative (its display was blank and pressing buttons did nothing to change that).
Now the biggy. The toilet barely flushed - it took several flushes to even clear away toilet paper, and water squirted out from the stem of the flush lever handle.
All in all, it was an awful stay. This is a motel to avoid.
Added note: The property did apologize and refunded my room charge.

Only thing I liked was check in was quick and easy
Very dirty. Found dead cockroaches on the carpet. Burn marks on sink and tubs and floor. Found beer bottle lids underneath the bed when we first got there. Like it was not cleaned well or kept well at all. Very disappointed and will never stay at another red roof inn.

People at the front desk are polite
Frig did not work. Called front dest
No answer. Light over mirror went out..called front desk. No answer. In five days no one came to bring fresh towels or pick up trash. I found a can.
