The location was very convenient

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, noisy neighbors played loud music throughout the night.

Location good. Very very limited it diffently needs to expand.

The milage to 6 flags is misleading its half mile by car yes but you can't walk on the freeway so it's 3 Mike's walking. That needs to be known. Breakfast was very limited.

The room was clean. Needed towels on day 3 mostly quit at night.

NO A/C It did not work the whole time we were there. I told the desk person on my way out for the day and she said she would contact maintenance. When I came back I asked if it was fixed and was told a part needed to be ordered. No suggestions or any compensation offered. I asked for a fan and was told they didn't have any. Thank goodness Tuesday and Wednesday night were on the cooler side so we opened the window to cool the room off. Also, most of the outlets did not work. We could not pug in any of our hair dryer, or straightener. Also, the internet was spotty. Very disappointed.

Where it's located is perfect! In the heart of entertainment and a plethora of food options. The staff was really nice. I had a few concerns and the staff was right in too if it with answering my questions and assisting me. I did not participate in breakfast however the arom was delightful! Upon walking into the room it smelled sooooooo good!

There was some type of human matter( ear wax) on the side of the night stand. Some of the pillow cases were dirty. We did not get housekeeping during the stay.

No room cleaning service. Had to ask for clean towels.

Super clean. Cleaner than some higher end hotels we've stayed in. The location was good.

Had to request room service. They didn't just come and clean when we were gone. Also, when asked the front desk person for towels, they told us to go to the laundry room to get them. No one spoke English there, so the communication was challenging. I speak 3 languages, but none of them applied in this case. 😆 Someone got their car broken into, and it was sad to witness the crime the staff had warned us upon check in.
