It's a great location and the staff was very friendly. We also appreciated that breakfast was included.

The room was pretty small - barely room to open our suitcases.

The room was OK- looked better & brighter online. There’s no central air, only a fan. And the room smelled mildewy/humid the entire stay. Front desk lady was decent enough upon arrival but when asked why she needed a card on file when everything is already paid for, she just said “incidentals”. Thanks lady. No complimentary water/refill station. Breakfast was edible, not sure about sanitary. The room card/keys did not work properly. Had to ask grounds keep for assistance twice.

Power was out and the kitchen was closed.

The power went out on Thursday evening, no lights, no hot water. This is understandable given the storms. However, I had to be in court all day on Friday. When I returned that evening, electricity was still out. I checked out to find another hotel with power and the manager/owner told me she was going to charge me for Friday night!!!! Not a way to run a business. In fact, given the power was out Thursday night, I should not have been charged either night.

we loved how cute is was and how close it was to everything!

the only negatives were the parking (there are no saved spots for the inn parking guest) & the noise. You hear everything. Thankfully the the room came with a sound machine.

Excellent breakfast included each day . We had the Sunshine suite which was large and comfortable and we loved the sitting area on the balcony

The location was great and the hotel was very quaint and clean. Parking was right on site so that was good. The breakfast was very good. Niced to have.
