The only nice thing about the property is that it was near the beach. All the photos of the actual rooms are fake.

There is people who live at this hotel and made walking out very uncomfortable as they would stare and were loud all night.

Seemed like the rooms had been recently renovated and were clean. Breakfast was sufficient. Conveniently located near a beach. Decent restaurants near by (by car)

Previous people had smoked in the rooms so the 2 rooms we had still smelled like cigarettes and pot even though they had been cleaned.

To many homeless people living there

Not much.

Ice and snack/drink machines not working and we were told to go next door to the Best Western and use theirs. Couldn’t get the rooms we booked because residents were living there and smoked in the rooms. Staff did not speak English so I had to just take off the housekeeping cart what I needed.

Breakfast was great. The price was excellent. Multiple places to plug in electronics.

The bathroom wall's baseboard and trim needed repair. Shower curtain rod needed repair.

Did not do any of these. We could not wait to get out of there, so we did not even check out the breakfast area.

Cockroach infestation and the owner admits to having roaches in his room, did not offer us a different room and did not issue a refund. We left and bought a room at the motel 6 down the street and it was a million times cleaner.

terrible house keeping no drinking water and not even available to purchase at facility. requested maintenance and no one available.. i would prefer to spend night in my car!!!

the rooms were dirty, including the tub , lamp shade. poor lighting and no telephone in 1 room and the other the phone did not work to call front desk.

this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I will be writing more reviews online to save people from staying here. stains on the duvet covers!!!! not enough towels, rusty shower curtain bar, cracks in the drywall around all the plumbing fixtures, no cleaning service one of our days, broken faucet…gross

I am so disappointed with this hotel. it was 192.00 a night with taxes, and it was disgusting. stains on the duvets!!! breakfast was a cheap as you can do it, I wish I never spent the money on this hotel and I will be writing as many reviews as I can to save people from spending their money. cracks in the drywall around all plumbing fixtures, cleaning service didn’t show up one day, reception didn’t care about that, they just said, “oh” after we told them. hot tub broken, towels old and rough, cracked toilet, not enough toilet paper, room was unusually small, faucet broken, rusty shower rod, soap bar was so cheap. I will never ever stay here again and I wished I didn’t spend money on this disgusting room.

The homeless are residing here. There was a homeless encampment on the bottom floor leading to a room, also other rooms. The floors were dirty on the sides and just overall felt dirty.

not clean; a section of the desk in our room was not wiped down, it was sticky. stains on blankets. room felt very crowded, and it was just 2 of us.

Room and breakfast are just ok.

Their reservation system is just a maze. Other guests opened our room door at night and our card become inactivated in the morning. Staffs have poor service mind and we need to wait more than ten minutes for check-out and invoice. In addition, we got additional charged of 20$ for deposits without being informed during check-in.
