Had stayed before so knew what to expect

Getting older and dated

The staff was great. Room was clean.

The fan in bathroom was loud. The breakfast they advertised was lackluster at best.

Accross the street from a Walmart, gas station & Denny’s, which is handy!

Advertised a pool, reason we booked as son and I wished to swim after hiking parks. Arrived and pool is closed until after the 4th, 9 more days! On line listings we’re not updated to that fact. Breakfast is cereal (2 types), toast & yogurt. Oops, coffee & juice too.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful.

Bed was okay. Went to McDonalds for breakfast.

We stayed there two days the beds were not made when we came back they should’ve at least been made tiles should’ve been replaced and soap the floors were dirty could walk around without any shoes or socks.

Good location. Fair price. Very nice manager. Hard surface flooring.

Had to turn fridge off because it was so loud. Heater/AC did not work properly.

Desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Bed clean and comfortable. Good coffee quality, with condiments. Morning manager very open and friendly. Greeting customers is a nice touch.

Bathroom floor dirty. Dirt swept into corners. Dirty washcloth left over shower head. Mold under tub rim. Poor breakfast selection.

Good for one night. Front desk person was wonderful and manager/owner very interested in making us comfortable. Our 2nd room was clean comfortable and updated. Breakfast provided. Convenient location right off highway but room was quiet. Price was definitely right

Reviews I read were good talked about updated rooms. Our first room however was definitely not. Carpet was honestly disgusting. Im sure they work hard to keep it clean but! Staff lady at desk moved us immediately and it was very nice. Breakfast was yogurt and cold cereal. You don't expect much when this is included but this was worst ever. We frequently stay in Cortez on our way to visit family sometimes coming and going. Decided to try different place. Will not stay here again

Wonderful customer service.

An exceptionally friendly, efficient, and helpful desk clerk signed us in and assured we were satisfied with our room right away when we arrived. All facilities were adequate and clean, giving us a good night’s rest.

We would have been even more appreciative if we could have had a room equipped with features for disabilities, such as grab bars, an ADA height toilet, shower wand, seat in shower, so forth. we weren’t hungry for breakfast, but if we had been, at least some protein, juice, and breakfast carbs would have been nice. The ice machine was out of order.

The Fridge did not work. Pulled back the covers and a 2 inch centipede ran across the bed. Killed it with the remote. Smallest bathroom ever. Floor was filthy. Front of the building was so dirty. It needed a power wash. Told the owner about the issues and all he said was "I will look into it" What a joke.

The night was so bad, we left at the earliest possible moment

The owner/operator of this property (and his family) made our stay wonderful. He was so kind and thoughtful. He offered a local’s advice for places that we were going during our visit to make our time more enjoyable. Our kids loved the pool!!! I would definitely go back here…they have created a true family friendly environment!
