The continental breakfast was dirty

The TV did not work in my room when I asked for different accommodations they couldn't provide that for me They only had one room left available not two together to switch us to. So we had to stay in a room with a TV that did not work. The. When I asked for my money back for that specific room that the TV did not work in they said they could not do that because we reserved it through a third part company. I will never do this again!

They could not fix the things that were wrong or change us to different rooms.

Room was comfortable and the girl at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi was nice as well.

The jacuzzi's bubbles did not work and although the room was non smoking room, it smelt like cigarettes.

the property is maintained as well as it can be I believe it could use some upgrades for sure though.

a double queen room is a bit over priced for what you’re getting the shower really needs an upgrade.

I love the property, I would like to see it have a facelift and the property being remolded but it’s a good facility overall

Ac/värme system lät så högt att vi bytte rum men där var det likadan buller. Vi var tvungna att stänga av värmesystemet för nattetid och sova i kalla rummet.
