The staff and cleanliness. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Having the fridge and in room microwave was convenient as well. Plus it’s a pet friendly hotel!

The sink in the room which is separate from the shower and toilet did not have hot water. Not a big deal but definitely would’ve preferred hot water as opposed to cool water especially for face washing and handwashing.

The enormous size of the room including the bathroom. The location of these suites is on the first floor that also have a separate key only entrance which was very convenient

Wish the pool was open at the time of visit

Better selection of breakfast

The breakfast provided was ok The lady that ran it was nice. the hours were very short most are open from 6am to 10 am this was 6 am to 9am and most of food gone by 8:15 am

The value for price paid was not fair to consumer. the hotel staff promised to fix the issue by offering points to my account for a free night for the issues we had I have spoken to them 3 times and still nothing has been done. Also my car was blocked in by a huge truck both mornings. The 1st morning I needed to leave by 5 am and we were late due to this big truck blocking us We had to wait for 2 othe cars to move in order to back out pull forward back pull forward turn into their parking spot to get out

The breakfast was yummy!

The pool was closed 3 out of the 5 days we stayed there!

The staff was amazing and friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and orderly and every area was very well maintained

Staff breakfast and rooms were clean. There was hair in the sink but I've seen worse

Pool was dirty and cloudy

The Pool and Hot Tub was awesome The Breakfast was better than most

Nothing Everything was Perfect in my opinion
