The King Deluxe Suite (room 533) I paid for was supposed to sleep 4 with a sofa bed in the living room. My daughter slept on the king bed and the sofa “bed” that I paid for was just a couch. There were no sheets or bedding in the entire suite.

There was no Complimentary breakfast. The room cost three times the cost as an economy hotel, but we had pay additional (again quite expensive) if we ate breakfast at the hotel. Also there was no microwave oven in the room.

The staff was very accommodating and respectful. Sometimes all you need is someone to understand and make sure you feel respected. This includes the maintenance staff who stopped.and.made sure.to let me know he was.cycling the hot tub. He was so nice about it and had a smile on his face!

The hot tub was.a little.grimy on the tiles. The grounds man said it had been a super busy weekend.

Did not like housekeeping service by request only. The stated reason was "due to COVID". Most guests know It's obviously not that at all but simply a cost saving measure to increase profit. Although I requested trash pickup and some fresh towels, that service never happened. I didn't appreciate the $50/night hold placed on my charge card for the stated reason of possible damages I might cause or other costs I might generate. I also did not like that my bill was more than the quote provided to me by booking.com . When I challenged this discrepancy with the front desk staff, they initially stated there was nothing they could do and that I owed the higher amount. When I continued to dispute the error, they eventually adjusted the amount due but did not match the original quote. Also, there was an unusual miscellaneous charge to my card that I did not initiate nor authorize. The front desk staff initially could not explain nor remove this charge. I never received an explanation why or how this happened. When I checked out, the charge had been removed without comment. I'm troubled by how easily these charges can be added to the charge card and/or bill without first consulting the guest. I'm not sure I'll stay at this facility again.

I booked a king room, but the king room was not available, after specifically booking it. I tried to book a breakfast. This option was disregarded on the website, even though it WAS available at the hotel. This interfered with my arrangements with my significant other for payments. The bed was not great. OK but not updated or great.

Excellent restraunt with fairly quick service and DELICIOUS food! House salad was remarkable! Front desk employees were kind, gracious, helpful. We requested and extra blanket and razor, which were delivered to our room in 15 min or so. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and room very clean. The doors and walls were substantial, making for a very quiet stay on the 6th floor. The workout room had functional equipment with several aerobic options and excellent selections for weight work including a selection of elastic bands and med balls.

We were looking forward to a soak in the hot tub after a long day, but unfortunately it was out of service. That was the only bad part!

I left AirPods in the room. I went back to get them hours later and was told housekeeping had left for the day. So, I called the next day to have them mailed to me. No one returned my call. I called the next day and NO One called back. I called again the next day and was told “sometimes people THINK they left items but didn’t. Sorry they aren’t here.

Vanessa on Front Desk is exceptional. We had a problem with our booking.com booking & she went above & beyond to resolve the issue.

Housekeeping knocking on door at 10am. though checkout at 12. Could have been cleaning common area, trash can full from when I checked in. Overpowering smell of vanilla cookie bakery? Room was quite small compared to other king rooms I have been in for less money. Had to be a Hilton member to get free WiFi. Bed was not comfortable, not a pillow top.
