The owner I guess. Middle eastern man. Is very mean and rude. Came to our room immediately started yelling and hollering at us to pay now or get out, yelling no just get out right now. There was a misunderstanding about the pet police because we booked on a booking site and not the website it only said pet friendly. When we checked in there was no mention of pets or anything to sign. He never gave us a chance to speak or anything just yelling. I’ve never felt more attacked or embarrassed in my life. We went to the office when our phone rung and the lady said she had been there all day and to her knowledge no one called our room. Hands down the worse experience ever.

Everything was good. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it’s been great every time

Breakfast was cold and unidentifiable

Staff was rude upon check in. Sent us to an occupied room then made me wait over 15 minutes to move me to another. Questioned me why was someone in that room like I worked there

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The bed was comfortable.

The place is old and needs a thorough cleaning and updating. There were two clip on air fresheners in the A/C vents. The window sills had dirt and mold. We will not stay there again.
