The location was nice. Very quiet area.

the older Indian guy that worked the Night Shift was very pushy, mean and non-hospitable. Didn’t greet me at all and seemed a bit prejudice. I booked the room while my family waited in the car but When my wife & kids walked in his energy then changed & he turned on the nice button I guess? lol. The young dude was super cool & accommodating. Had to switch rooms due the cigarette smells and he helped with no problem. They need to do a better job and cleaning the bathrooms. We didn’t shower because the tub was dirty & the towels were dingy with a slight yellow tint. I would also suggest getting some air purifiers for the non smoking rooms because the cigarette smoke lingers throughout the rooms & building.

Very kind staff and they keep the facilities and room very clean. You can tell the staff makes a strong effort at the positive appearance of the facilities and room. I traveled alone, and always felt safe within the building and in the area, in general. The on site parking was free and very convenient. I appreciated the coffee throughout the days. The bed was quite comfortable, and didn't sag anywhere. The room was very quiet. Even without the TV on, it was peaceful in my room.

I was expecting the room to be kept up better, based on other customers' reviews. Perhaps my room was rundown because it was a smoking room. While the room was technically very, very clean, there were cigarette stains throughout the bathroom, and a minor problem with the tub, which I told them upon checkout. I worried about the holes in the bedspread, but ultimately decided they were cigarette burns, not insect/rodent problems, since I saw NO evidence of uncleanliness anywhere. I had to pay in full (not a hold, actual payment) while checking in, which I found odd, since I've always paid on checkout. Binky (spelling?) said they do not provide receipts. I asked her to print something, anything, and she said she couldn't. Also, I'm a pretty clean person, so I didn't need housekeeping for my four-day stay. But I was told by the housekeeping staff that I must allow them in to clean my room every day. I was grateful management made an exception for me, since I'm a very private person, and made sure to leave a modest tip for the housekeeping staff.

Clean and friendly staff. 🙂 Close to Lake Lanier Islands, Mall of Georgia and plenty of good restaurants. Right off I-85 too.

No breakfast but there is a Cracker Barrel next door. They have coffee and tea in the lobby. 😏
