Met expectations. Coffee was tasteless. Waffles very good.

Coffee. 9:00 am breakfast cut off. Staff was accommodating to my late arrival for next morning breakfast. I arrived midnight for check in so slept late.

It was nice and clean very inviting. Definitely would stay again.

Didn’t see anything that I didn’t like.

Absolutely nothing it was a complete rip off in every way shape or form. I would not recommend to anyone nor will I ever stay in such a facility ever again in fact I’m going to tell everyone I know to avoid that place.

Fire all the staff tear down the building and build a new one.

Hot Coffee

Needed flavored creamer.

The staff was warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The bed was very comfy. The continental breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and quiet.

The key to the door to our original room did not work. Had to be assigned a new room. The remote to the tv in the room was apparently stolen, so the staff had to bring us in a different tv.

Staff was ok. Breakfast a bit above average

Strange smell in room, not musty but odd. No carpet on floors in room. TV was small and outdated. Bed covers appeared very old. Shower curtain was too short (or rod too high) and water on bathroom floor after showering. Tiling in shower poorly done. Not enough outlets. Dust and dirt in corners behind end table. Chairs for table stained.

Worst coffee ever at the breakfast bar. Otherwise clean and exactly what you expect from a QI

The bed, pillows, and covers were fairly comfortable. The location was nice for shopping and eating out. The bathroom was large.

Room 115......I hated having to use an actual key to get into the room. The lock itself was unstable and difficult to unlock. The room was outdated and not as nice as pictured. The microwave was really outdated. There was no hot water for a shower/bath. It only lasted 5 seconds and then would turn cold.
