Breakfast exceeded my expectations although the coffee was not good at all.

Having the police come to take away guests made me think that I had not chosen well in picking a place to stay.

Absolutely nothing. From the time I walked in I was displeased and unimpressed with the front desk staff/night auditor, because her energy was off, very lethargic, but it was late (after 12:30 AM because we had been delayed in our long travels due to bad weather and a lot of maneuvering and detours), we were tired and I kept saying to myself “you get what you pay for,” however, it was not like it was a $60 or $80 or even a $100/night rate, it was $127/night, so expecting good service wouldn’t have been an unreasonable expectation. During our check-in, she stopped and got food from someone without excusing herself…this was only the beginning of our problems!

BESIDES the staff being unwelcoming and off, the elevator was dirty, trash and nasty floor and button panel was smeared and nasty. We get to the FIRST room we were checked into and I immediately knew the room had not been cleaned. There were unfolded and tossed towels in the bathroom, only ONE oddly placed hand or face towel hanging on the bar, while other towels unfolded, then I check the bed, pulled back the comforter to dirty sheets, brownish in color, DIRTY and had make up on the pillowcase. I immediately went downstairs and demanded to be moved to another room. The first room was on the 3rd floor, the next room was on the 2nd floor. I walked in and looked in the bathroom. The towels were folded (ignored the tubs in both bathrooms because they were stained but old so I just knew unfortunately I would not be showering, which that was a problem because I should not have been somewhere I didn’t even feel confident that the shower had been cleaned), but the tissue holder was just filthy, like it hadn’t been wiped in days, speckled water/maybe toothpaste or something and dust. Then we pull back the comforter and there is OLD GUM embedded into the fitted sheet, we took a picture and went back downstairs. I asked that she come up and change the sheets because that was not my job and should not have had to do that, but she just handed us a set of sheets. When we pulled the fitted sheet back to change it, THERE WERE TWO BLOOD STAINS ON THE MATTRESS PAD! That was IT for me! I refused to stay in such a nasty hotel with such low care for the service they provide and the rooms they present for paying customers to stay in. I demanded the front desk agent/night auditor come into the room to see the blood stains on the pad, she came up and finally looked disgusted and stated how nasty and awful it was, but had the audacity to ask if we wanted to move to another room???

Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, good location.

Can't think of anything, everything was good. I enjoyed my stay and will use the hotel again during my next trip to the area.

Very convenient and quiet location. They have a decent sized rooms and the beds are amazing.

The room was not very clean. You could visibly see dust on the furniture, the microwave had rice in and under it from previous guests, the bathroom had hair in the tub and floor.

there is an smell as soon as you come in it’s old and needs to be renovated. when I got there I wanted to add an extra day and it took over an hour for me to check in they told me I had to call booking to modify it was a lot of back and forth just to check in and I was already tired from traveling. then when I finally did get my room key i was sent to the 4th floor there was an weird smell on that floor and my room was old not as clean as I would have liked stains on the sheets and dust everywhere I decided to leave my stuff in that room and go back downstairs to ask for another room when I did get another room it was in the first floor and a lot better then the first room so I checked everything out but there was a wet wash cloth in one of the drawers I immediately told the front desk that there was a wet wash cloth in the room and no one came and got it til I pointed it out again the next day … I was disappointed with the whole process and I will not be staying at this place again! waste of my money !!! do better

Great place to stay, booked a room for the weekend to attend a graduation at ft benning, very close to the base

I didn't eat breakfast there.

The location was horrible. The hotel seem run down. The rooms could have been cleaner and there were weird looking people walking around the place. I felt unsafe. My bathroom was filthy.

The room was comfortable and clean. It had plenty of towels and wash cloths with the largest bath towels I've ever seen in a hotel room.

Breakfast service was too early and didn't last long enough. It needs to have a vending machine with snacks like chips, cookies, and snack mixes.
