not much. staff was not exactly rude but really seemed that they couldn't care less.

Our room had no shower curtain and one lamp had no lamp shade. Our room seemed clean but there was an overloaded trash can by the elevator on the 2nd floor when we got there. It was piled higher the next morning.

Room had not been dusted. Obvious dust on tables. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Could feel springs sticking into you. I ended up sleeping in the chair.

The check-in process was easy. The hotel was close to Publix. The room and bathroom were quite clean and comfortable. The 3rd floor was very quiet and conducive to sleeping. The check-in and out times were reasonable.

Bed looked very clean. Linens were clean.

Shower was clogged and unuseable. It immediately filled up with water. We called to inform them and someone came by quickly to pull out a nasty hair ball. Front desk attendant was absent when we arrived and two other customers were also waiting to check in. This was right at check in time. The one customer had been waiting hours and she had a disability, but in all fairness she was waiting before checkin time. She said she got their more quickly than she expected. Elevator had an odor in it.

Just another in a group of hotels. They were trying to improve it.

There were not enough rooms with walk in showers so the reservation amenities could not be met.

For this price it’s awful hotel. The room was dirty and smells like i live in landfill.

I am a pet owner and the hotel is pet friendly. that does not mean put me in a room that smells like the last 100 dogs! The hotel room smelled bad. The room walls are so thin I heard the neighbors baby crying most of the night. Light shines under the door and there are cracks in the doors that the hall way light shines through! I will NEVER. visit this hotel or it’s brand again. It was not the best!

Everything! Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortable & hotel was quiet. Our check-in guy (I think his name was"J") was excellent, very informative & helpful! The guy checking us out was funny as well!

There should be towel racks in the bathroom. If you want people to reuse the towels, we need someplace to hang them! They do not dry well hanging on the hook on the back of the door, & it is difficult for us short people to hang them over the shower curtain rod!

Reception staff on check in was amazing. Hotel was very clean and very modern and spacious. Breakfast was AMAzING. Great place to stay and amazing for the price.
