Was kind of pricey. Some of the sockets and lights in the room didn't work. And the remote was very difficult to use because it was kinda of backwards

Terrible stay
It was a dated and dirty hotel. Door numbers kept falling off. Air conditioner was broken and it was 96 degrees outside. The rooms were not cleaned nor presentable. Hair in the bed, food in the fridge… feet were black walking on carpet. Manager called me and told me we hadn’t checked out but we had… he said our stuff was still in room 210 but we were in room 209… they literally switched numbers as they were sitting in the floor in the hallway. Just terrible.

The staff was pleasant
Dirty microwave, filthy coffee pot, asked for housekeeping and they never came, breakfast was awful and the elevator inspection was 6 months over due.

Not enough food the lady said they told her to only do a little bite of food so we had no waffles only yogurt eggs and sausage no cereal no milk no juice just coffee and tea

The beds very comfortable
After I checked in I went to my room and there was a man sleeping in my bed!! Now I had surgery so it is hard for me to walk so I had to come back downstairs tell front desk then walk back up again!! The staff very unprofessional I have a 5 year old autistic grandson and housekeeping came and knocked on my door in middle of the night to tell me to keep it down!! He communicates sometimes by clapping his hands which is common with autism.

The building needs to be completely renovated.

I always stay here when I come to Milledgeville. The location is great and I have never had a problem.
Toilet paper in the room would have been nice. At 3:30am I was woken up by a loud banging when the person upstairs flushed the toilet. Like the pipes banging for a while. Then the noise from walking above me back and forth. Not a good stay this time.

Staff were friendly.
everything! Especially the rooms that were filthy and nasty! We were charged hundreds of dollars on our credit card when we already pre-paid through booking. Talked to the front desk agent and he said they all should be taken off but he wasn’t sure and to call back. we will be staying at Marriotts and Holiday Inn when we stay in Milledgeville from here on out. We have learned our lesson!

Breakfast choices were something for everyone !Dinning room was very nice
and comfortable.The staff in all positions were very nice and spoke to us wishIng us good day and always asked if we needed anything.

my receipt said breakfast , but they said there was no breakfast due to covid. The fridge was filthy and freezer had yellow crud in it.

The room smelled like smoke even thought it was non smoking. Also, it was under renovations.
