The location was the only thing good about this place.
Beds were almost work out. Towels were super thin. Breakfast was cereal, apple and a waffle, no protein at all. I was there for 5 days. I asked them not to clean the room either the cheap fabuloso so they never cleaned my room at all. No fresh towels, they didn’t take out the trash and not even the floor was swept. The tolerance broke twice while we were there. The sink was so clogged with hair it wouldn’t drain. Do not choose this hotel.

Overbooked and understaffed. We were told our room was not cleaned yet. Although it was after 3 PM. We were told that we would receive a phone call when our room was ready. We walked around town for hours and were eating dinner when the phone call came. We were told that they only had one maid and no maintenance people. Our room was not in condition for us to stay in it. We were basically told to find another hotel. The closest available hotel was 25 miles away.

The room was clean and smelled good. The staff on evening and morning shifts were very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to everything. Had to leave early so didn't get to try the breakfast.
Can't think of anything that could be better.

The staff
I arrived on time but didn’t get the room until 6pm. They stated because of staff not available but the room wasn’t even cleaned properly. The shower didn’t drain and neither did the sink.

The location is prime and the weekday price was good.
Cobwebs above the light in bathroom, smallest towels on earth, and the dresser down by the fridge was water damaged and bad looking

I never stayed i just waiting for my refund, the ac in the room that i booked it wasnt working, i booked a 3 beds room and the front desk lady tried to move me to a 2 beds and the room was so dirty and full of dust.

The outside was nice but the inside wasn't. I was greeted by a stranger asking about the room. He looked to be homeless. The door handle fell off when I was leaving the next morning. Very uncomfortable. I'm widowed and disabled and would have loved to had a better experience.

The bed was comfortable. Good location and easy access.
The room needed a good cleaning: dusted, vacuumed. The sink did not drain well at all. We had to ask for the beds to be changed when we got there. We had to ask for a trash can. The breakfast room needed to be cleaned: ants in the sink, sticky floor.

Bed Was Very Hard and Floors were Dirty & Bathroom floor was Dirty and had bugs… then We did NOT EAT BREAKFAST at ALL, cause there were Roaches crawling across Microwave…….

rooms were stuffy and outdated, things were not in good working condition. toilet leaked, no tissues, major spill in fridge. this was more like a $60 a night room, definitely NOT $135 per night room.

Not enough staff members the day of check in , the young man was working alone and was having to run around to do everything on property but he did his best and was very nice and helpful.

a lot of dirt in the room, cockroaches, stained sheets, dirt under the bed, and the outside with a lot of garbage. I think they have a staffing problem.

Nothing...overbooked moved to a sister property.
I did not like snatching about my trip. The reservations were over booked, moved to a sister hotel, I have two credit card charges that none want to help me address at either site.

the guy at the quality inn was really friendly and remember him from last year when we stayed at this hotel. (our stay was perfect then and at the quality inn) 2021
they overbooked our hotel and had us stay at a sister hotel on the opposite side of town. we had family all in this hotel, terrible customer service at the other hotel. she was very rude and the room I paid for was a king, and she said we are getting two queen no king was available. so once again another hotel overbooked the “king” rooms. they need to do better.

Room run down. Safety Lock on door broken, wall paper peeling off, stains on bathroom door, heat/air unit front broken, refrigerator had items from previous guest, stink bugs inside room.

Location not attractive, but was close enough for walking to things we wanted yo do and see.
Old, run down, dirty. The carpet is dark brown and the lighting is bad, but we could still see it was not clean. If there had been any other place with an available room, we would have left. Breakfast was pre-packaged blueberry muffins we thought would be safe, but they were actually moldy. We didn't stay another night.
