Abosuletly nothing

I never once had an issue with Booking.com and been using it for many years. The phone # listed on Booking.com goes to a cellphone voicemail which I thought was pretty odd. So, I left a message through Booking.com and the man stated he never received it and how it only goes through Booking.com and made excuses that Booking.com uses their numbers and never sends messages to the hotel and talking poorly about Booking.com - I sent a message to confirm that I was bringing my small dog which was an issue. After we checked in and we walked to our room, Reminding you, I am extremely tired due to driving 9.5 hours from California to Idaho and all I wanted was a hot shower and sleep in a clean bed. Our room had a mold smell; the light switch was not working and had to use the bathroom light to see. The light above the sink did not work and the light by the tv was unplugged. Once we open the curtains to the room; You can see the filth in this room. Cigarette burns in the wall; Both headboards was extremely dirty with some white substances which looks like semen. Bugs on the carpet and bugs flying - then I notice when I closed the door it never shutted all the way, you literally have to slam the door for the door to close all the way. When we slam the door, the outside door lock where you slide the doorcard jumps off. The inside door lock is missing off the door. This place is not safe especially if you are a two females traveling - after spending less than 10 minutes, we decided to check out and go to another hotel. As we are walking out of the room, there was a prositute that entered the hotel with a see though lace mini dress with no bra or underware and the hotel clerk did not say anything as she walked through the hotel. As I was going to my vehicle, there was two tweakers by my car staring inside my car like they were going to break inside it. Thankfully, I got back to my car in time because I left my cellphone and luggage inside while I was trying to check in.

I can be honest say nothing I liked at the property, This one topped the filthy List inside and out!

The First floor carpet is so dirty The dirt is running stains and let's talk about the Drug problem, RIFF RAFF !! The walls were coated with Soda, Coffee, And God knows what else. My room had more prier guest hair than I have on my head, the maintenance in this Hotel is also Crap. The outside property had needles and Garbage and cigarette butts Everywhere. Not a safe Nor clean HOTEL, This hotel is the worse I've been in , I travel ALOT, out of the 20+rooms.this hotel rates the dirtiest, Nastiest, one I have been in Do NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I checked out after one night of my 5 day stay.

The hotel was amazing so was the staff. We enjoyed the pool and the nice comfortable clean room. The property is working on renovating can’t wait to see what they do the next time I stay !

Dirty rooms! Lack of cleaning services. Both refrigerator and air conditioner were dirty.

The room wasn't clean. We have to ask for new bedding and made it ourselves.

The staff was friendly and responsive - when are AC wasn't working in our original room, we were able to switch to a room where the air conditioning was working better

The room was dirty - The bedspread and sheets were stained - furniture was run down and stained - The bathroom was particularly disturbing, with pubic hair in the shower, shaving hairs on one wall of the shower, and an inch of dust along the top of the tile of the shower - our original room's air conditioner wasn't working, though the air conditioning was sufficient in the second room - at no cost would I choose to stay here again

The room was dirty, shower had brown spots everywhere, pillows had a bit of a smell to them. I had to wipe down dressers and counters because they were covered in a sticky residue.

The pool was not open & there was not a breakfast offered, although both of these options were the entirety of WHY we chose this particular Inn. additionally, it was filthy we were checked into a dirty room where my shoes stuck to the floor. there was no cord on the phone nor from the phone to the wall… there was blood on my a/c unit & one set of bed sheets. The ENTIRE 3rd floor was filled with cigarette smoke, but I think the worst part was the lock on our door was sticky. so getting in/out of our accommodations took a minute…

Floors were disgusting bathroom was disgusting it was 200$ for the night and non refundable so I will never use your sight again

Floors were dirty, pillowcases had stains, empty kleenex box, gross stains on carpet, only one washcloth for 2 people, partial roll of toilet paper.

No breakfast. But the staff were very friendly and respectful had a real good stay with my granddaughter!

Room was absolutely gross. No toilet paper, 1 clean towel, bed looked like it had already been slept in. Dried food on the bathroom counter, mirror had toothpaste and looked like it was never cleaned. Coffee in the room had already been used.

The staff was awesome and helpful.. the hot water lasts a long time and has a lot if pressure.

The bathroom door was broken, the shower curtain was slimy and grows. The beds were kind of dirty, very uncomfortablen and felt broken. I found a tick on the floor the last day there. There was bed bugs... the floors were dirty.. the room smelt like cigarettes when it was a non-smoking room. The TV did not work.
