Breakfast OK, beds OK

Not easy to find; hidden between car dealerships

Good location

Stayed for 14 days. I got clean towels once and never got sheets changed. I had to take the trash out. Every morning, breakfast was always crowded with people making stacks (6 + plates) of food to take away.

Very friendly staff

The cleanliness of the room and the customer service and hospitality of the employees. Felt like home.

Didn't get to sleep long enough but when do we ever lol

Breakfast was not eaten here, however the options available would satisfy. The location is conveniently located from restaurants and shopping. The commode leaked when flushed, however was quickly resolved. The check-in personnel was very apologetic and offered another room, however settling had already been done so extra towels were given. Upon checking out the room was flagged as not available and and a call was made for repair. This establishment cares about the property and does everything to ensure a comfortable stay. I was in town for 2 funerals. Not only was personnel empathetic, they went the extra mile to make a stressful moment as stress free as possible. I will be back.

It would have been nice to have a hard copy listing of available channels or networks on the television or something to show the channel for the TV guide.

Looked like a lot of owners or managers family living at the hotel, using all the amenities. They were loud and up and doe the hall one the first floor where we were staying. Appeared the had a larger communal room on the first floor. Also there was a dog running in the hall,not on a leash, appearing to belong to these people. They were visible everywhere. We felt as if, as paying customers, we were invading their space! Terrible experience 🤬
