The room was on the second floor far from the stairs. Smoke detector taped up, metal plate on wall also held up with tape that my husband scratched his hand on, blood stains on the towel and found a roach in the bathroom in the morning. Hot tub was broken but still being used (I didn't feel comfortable letting my kids swim because I was afraid it wasn't clean). No hair dryer even though one was advertised in the room. Management refused to refund any money as they claimed they had no record of our complaints. We stayed in room 220.

The location was great and the staff friendly the room was small but clean.

The sink was clogged in my room and the bed was not the best to sleep in also the jets in the hot tub didn't work and there were never any towels in the pool area. Breakfast didn't have many options.

The young woman at the desk was very hospitable, and helpful.

The rooms, beds, bathrooms, shower, were absolutely disgusting. Our room had such a foul smell. Stains everywhere, hair everywhere.

it was the closest hotel that I trust to the Somerset area. I was wrong. i tried two different rooms, and both smelled like hot garbage and wet dog! it was so bad that I drove home that night.
